quick question

I am hiring a trainer in mid Feb. How long will it take to see some effects. I am going to clean up my diet also. I am getting hernia surgery done in JAN, won't be able to do anything for 2-4 weeks. I am about 5'9 and weigh 170 now but I would like to get ripped. Thanks

IMO it all depends on you and how hard you will work with your trainer. don't forget they are there to help you to your goals. If you won't do what they say then its a waste of money.

at 5'9" 170...you have a good base to get ripped. Im gonna assume that you have a high body fat count being at 170....this will be good, you can turn that fat into muscle - i see it all the time with people

depending on ur diet and how dedicated u actually are...you can see results in 10-12 weeks. Low fat, Low Carb type of diet....drink lots of water...and add some fiber into ur diet.

getting ripped takes a while...but you`ll see amazing results if you keep at it..

i'm having hernia surgery on dec 15....hope it dosen't hurt
